I look forward to working with this Board with a renewed sense of purpose as we develop and inspire more young leaders.”

The members of the 2025 Board of Directors are FYLPRO alumni from across the nation in multiple industries including business, nonprofits, public health, journalism and tech.

Established in 2012 by the Philippine Embassy in the United States in cooperation with the Ayala Foundation Inc. (AFI), FYLPRO annually identifies outstanding young professionals in the Filipino communities across the United States and provides them invaluable community, business, and government insights and access to distinguished network captains of industry and government.

From our signature immersion program to our mentorship and Tayo fellowships, FYLPRO has grown and expanded its offerings to continue to bridge, connect and discover for young leaders throughout the diaspora. We continue to build on the success of the Tayo project in building a data and innovation hub.
