FYLPRO recognized with the Outstanding Community Service Award In Filipino American History Month (FAHM) Kick Off at City of Carson

FYLPRO was honored with the Community Service Award at the City of Carson’s 2021 #FilipinoAmericanHistoryMonth Celebration.
FYLPRO President Louella Rose Cabalona flew in from Chicago and accepted the award on behalf of FYLPRO.
FYLPRO treasurer Frederick Alain Docdocil served as the Vice-Chairperson for the FAHM-Itliong Planning Committee.
Council of Young Filipinx Americans in Medicine was honored with the Heroism award along with the Philippine Nurses Association of Southern California.
FYLPRO 2019 delegate Dr. Antonio Moya, and Tayo Help Desk research team member Neille John Apostol accepted the award on behalf of CYFAM.
Other FYLPRO and Tayo members/volunteers present at the event included FYLPRO VP Leezel Tanglao, Baron Cabalona, Meriden Villanueva, Ryyn Schumacher, Jobel Vecino and Jennifer Trafficanda.
