DESCRIPTION:Join FYLPRO’s Tayo and the Asian American Disinformation Table for the launch of our new report\, “Where Do We Go From Here? Asian Americans\, Diaspora\, and Disinformation\,” on April 29\, 2025. \nThe report brings together seven case studies highlighting the historical and transnational contexts of mis/disinformation in Asian diasporic communities\, including the uses of silencing and suppression as a tactic of disinformation; and tensions in media and information practices tied to generation and language.  \nAt the launch event we will explore the overarching themes of the report\, including challenging the conventional framing of disinformation\, and its implications on Asian American communities.
